Located at the heart of Holybourne, owners Thanasi and Nick have now owned the business since the end of 2021 when they reopened the doors of The White Hart with some serious gusto! Holybourne has fantastic community spirit that certainly spills into their local, also attracting guests from further afield looking for a cosy night away in our six well appointed guest rooms.
Head Chef, Lucian Cristea has produced a mouth-watering, locally sourced menu with decadent dishes and absolutely favourites. The crème de la crème are our consistently outstanding steaks, we source from a local Surrey Farm and we cook them to perfection. Paired with our favourite, Chocolate Block - it's a crowd pleaser like no other.
With two open fires, The White Hart is the perfect setting for an indulgent country getaway, treating yourself to a bottle (or two!) of wine from our superbly curated wine list featuring owners' favourite, Meerlust Rubicon or local Cottonworth sparkling wine from Hampshire - perfect pairing with our favourite monkfish dish!
Our gorgeously green garden lends itself to the perfect summers evening and if you're thinking of hosting an event - we've got got all bases covered, all year round. We have an alfresco event space for large parties underneath a sprawling stretch tent with access to our outside bar - the perfect space for our legendary BRAAI party menu!
